Can Smart Buttons be reused?
Yes. The same Smart Button can appear in multiple scopes if configured that way.

Notes / Escalation

  • Important: Smart Buttons depend on Triggers to control visibility.

  • Important: Priority controls left-to-right order when multiple buttons share a scope.

  • Internal-only note: Some button types (for example, Admin Request, User Text, My Clubs and Groups) require guidance from a CSM.

  • Escalate to the Alosant internal teams if Smart Buttons fail to display, workflows do not submit, or triggers do not apply as expected.
