How to Create and Push Timetables for Reservable Amenities

Steps

Understand how timetables work

  1. Use timetables to define available reservation time slots.

  2. Assign different timetables to different days if schedules vary.

  3. Apply timetables to reservable pages so users can book time slots.

Create a timetable

  1. In the Admin sidebar, select Pages.

  2. Click the gear icon.

  3. Select Timetables.

  4. Click + New Timetable.

  5. Enter a Timetable Name.

  6. Click + Add Row.

  7. Enter a start time and end time for a time slot.

  8. Repeat + Add Row for additional time slots.

  9. Click Save.

Edit a timetable

  1. In the Admin sidebar, select Pages.

  2. Click the gear icon.

  3. Select Timetables.

  4. Open the timetable you want to edit.

  5. Update the time slots.

  6. Click Save.

Delete a timetable

  1. In the Admin sidebar, select Pages.

  2. Click the gear icon.

  3. Select Timetables.

  4. Open the timetable you want to remove.

  5. Click Delete.

Push timetables to a reservable amenity

  1. Open the reservable page.

  2. Scroll to the reservation timetable section.

  3. Click Next Week until you reach an empty week.

  4. Select the timetable for the first available date.

  5. Apply the timetable for each day needed.

  6. Click Save.

Push timetables for multiple weeks

  1. Open the reservable page.

  2. Scroll to the reservation timetable section.

  3. Click Next Week repeatedly until reaching the desired future week.

  4. Select the timetable for each date.

  5. Repeat until the required number of weeks is scheduled.

  6. Click Save.

Publish timetables for long-term schedules

  1. Open the reservable page.

  2. Locate Create and Manage Reservation Timetables.

  3. Select the timetable to apply.

  4. Choose the applicable days of the week.

  5. Select the Until date for how long the timetable should apply.

  6. Click Save.

Expected result

  • Timetables appear on reservable pages.

  • Users can see available time slots in the app.

  • Users can select and reserve available times.

  • Schedules update automatically based on the assigned timetable.

Troubleshooting

  • No time slots visible: Confirm a timetable is assigned to the page.

  • Users cannot reserve times: Verify the page is marked as Reservable.

  • Wrong schedule appears: Check which timetable is assigned to the date.

  • Timetable not appearing yet: Ensure the publish date is set to a future date.

Notes / Escalation

  • Important: Always schedule timetables for a future date rather than the current day.

  • Important: If a schedule rarely changes, timetables can be published for long periods (such as 6–12 months).

  • Internal-only note: Timetable publishing tasks may be assigned through internal task systems when scheduling multiple amenities.

  • Escalate to the Alosant internal teams if timetables fail to appear, reservations cannot be created, or scheduling behavior does not match the configured timetable.
